We are not responsible for the return mail cost.


  • Merchandise can be exchange/return within 7 days of the order shipment date.

  • The orders are made in a period of 7 days, then you will be notified when the shipment is made.

  • For rush order please contact us and are subject to additional cost.

  • Item exchange can only be made ONCE.

  • We ONLY offer online store credit, NO EXCEPTIONS. We don't offer refunds at this time.

  • We work on demand, so all the pieces are limited.

  • Store credit has no expiration date. 

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed, unaltered and in new conditions.

  • Merchandise must have all tags, including Jeilyne Santana’s hang tags, ATTACHED. 

  • Swimwear and bodysuits cannot be returned. 

  • Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. 

  • Swimwear returned without tags and the hygienic liner is non-refundable.

  • All sales are final. No refunds. Please make sure to order the correct size.
